Expenditure
19 November 2008 | Miscellaneous
Time and money are being haemorrhaged in equal proportion. In the last two weeks I’ve spent nearly $1,000 on software, film and darkroom paper and on Sunday I spent over seven hours in printing. I’m not sure breathing fixer fumes and daylight deprivation for that long is too good for you, but I had three assignments due on Monday (in theory), so no choice.
The huge advert directly opposite B&H imparts a command I only wish I could obey…

This was the view for the best part of Sunday, when I had the lights on. The rest of the time was all yellow and dark.

This post is dedicated (if you can in fact do something as inane as dedicate a blog post) to my most esteemed co-student ひろこ, who probably constitutes about 50% of the readership of this blog and therefore told me I should update it more often. The Japanese characters are in honour of the fact that I’ve decided to start learning Japanese again, as if I don’t have enough to do already.
